While incarcerated at LCP the client completed the RMO Reentry Course, and then was referred to the RMO Intensive program . . .

The client started in the RMO Intensive program in April, 2014. The RMO provided transitional housing, and assigned an RMO case manager who helped him map out his goals and action steps to achieve them. The RMO case manager also matched him with a mentor and got him into drug and alcohol treatment.

Shortly after his release from prison, he started the Reentry Employment Program at CareerLink. CareerLink staff also helped him obtain ID. The client was placed in a part-time temp job within a few weeks and soon afterward was placed in a full-time job thru a temp agency.

The RMO case manager taught him some money management skills, and helped him to develop a budget, and the client started saving money toward getting his own place to live.

The RMO case manager helped him get moved into permanent housing in October, 2014. The company he was working for thru the temp agency has now hired him permanently. He successfully completed parole supervision in October. The client told his RMO case manager that being in the RMO program helped him to stay sober and save money.
